For Cancelling order-( Follow these steps for cancel your order) Go to My account-> My orders-> select your order id you want to cancel->Click on Refund-> Select reason for refund->Provide details -> click send request.
Cancellation request will be accepted only within 24 hrs of order placement.
Once your cancellation request has been accepted,please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id & account details.
The amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
Return/Exchange- Product damaged ( in transit) due to logistics--
Step 1-Go to My account-> My orders-> select your order id you want to cancel->Click on Refund-> Damaged item delivered->Provide details -> attach pictures -->click send request Follow these steps within 24hrs of receiving the order.
Step 2: Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hrs , post confirmation from our customer service team we will arrange the pickup. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 15 working days of / from the delivery of the returned product at Mytara warehouse.
Step 3:If you want your product exchanged ,we will send you the new product only once your exchange / return request has arrived at our warehouse & subject to product inspection.
Damages of disregard, ill-advised use or wrong application won't be secured under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Cash refunds are permitted only in case of damaged order/products.
Exchange of unopened products will be accepted only if the products are returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition and subject to inspection by Mytara team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
Each order can only be exchanged once.
Sale product items are not exchangeable
